Preparation and Storage



Adabi Briyani Rice
3 cups Basmati Rice
3 cups Water
30 gm Briyani Powder Adabi
40 gm Ghee
40 gm Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
40 gm Shallot – blended
20 gm Garlic – blended
15 gm Ginger – blended
2 pieces Pandan Leaf (tie into knot)
8 gm Coriander Leaf
8 gm Mint Leaf
1 piece Tomato (cut into 4)
2 pieces Red Chilli (cut into 2)
2 pieces Green Chilli (cut into 2)
25 gm Salt Adabi
4 gm MSG Adabi
3 gm Sugar
1/2 table spoon Egg Yolk Coloring
50 gm Cashewnut (fried without oil)

Cooking Method:
1. Heat up the cooking oil and pour ghee in the rice cooker. Put in the blended ingredients and sauté approximately 2-3 minutes. Then add in Adabi Briyani Powder and stir the mixture until fragrant.
2. Add in the evaporated milk, pandan leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Stir until it starts to boil.
3. Add in basmati rice, red chillies green chilies, salt, MSG Adabi and sugar. Stir evenly and leave the rice until cook.
4. Then add fried cashew nuts and egg yolk coloring. Stir the rice evenly.
5. Ready to serve.
