Chicken Curry
(Serves 5)
A Ingredients
1 cup cooking oil – 300ml
1 cinnamon – 4g
2 star anise – 2g
8 clove – 1g
5 cardamom – 1g
1/2 tsp cumin seeds – 1g
1/2 tsp fennel seeds – 1g
1 onion (sliced) – 50g
2 stalk curry leaves – 3g
10 cloves garlic (blended) – 50g
5cm ginger (blended) – 50g

B Ingredients
1/2 chicken – 500g
2 potato – 250g
2 tomato – 100g

C Ingredients
7 tbsp Baba Hot & Spicy Meat Curry Powder – 75g
1 tbsp salt – 18g
4 cup water – 900ml
14 pcs cashew nuts (blended with 200ml water) – 20g

Cooking Method
1 Sauté ingredients A in hot oil in the sequence listed (3min).
2 Add ingredients B, cook with lid on (3mins).
3 Add in ingredients C, cook with lid on (15min).
4 Add in cashew nut paste, lower the flame and cook till done (3min).
