Preparation and Storage
1/2 cup ghee-100ml
3 star anise-3g
1 onion (sliced)-70g
1 stalk curry leaves-2g
10 cloves of garlic (blended)-70g
10cm ginger (blended)-70g
2 tomatoes (sliced)-150g
1/2 chicken (cut into 6)-500g
5 tbsp Baba Kurma Mix-65g
2 tsp salt-10g
3 cups water-700ml
2 potatoes (diced)-150g
1 cup full cream milk/coconut milk-250ml
1 Saute ingredient A in ghee till aromatic. Add in Ingredient B and mix well (5min).
2 Add in chicken, Baba Kurma Mix, salt and a little water and stir well (2min).
3 Add in potatoes and remaining water; cover and cook (15 min).
4 Mix the milk/coconut milk into the curry (2min).
