Preparation and Usage
1) Preheat wok. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté dice cut onion until fragrant. Add in 200g Cheffaro Aroma Meat Curry Paste and stir fry for 1 minute. Add in 1kg boneless meat, stir for 2 minutes under medium heat and add water.
2) Add 500ml water
3) Simmer in medium flame for 10 minutes
2)Add 1000ml-1200ml water
3) Simmer in medium flame for 30 minutes
4) Add in 2 teaspoon of toasted fennel powder and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
Serve 6-8 persons
