Preparation and Usage
To Steam : Get a 800gm of fish and pour in 1 packet Maknyonya Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce. Let it steam for 15 minutes and serve hot.
To Fry : Fry 800gm of prawn, squid or seafood together with Maknyonya Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce for 10 minutes. Add in 200ml water (1/2 cup water). Continue cook until boil and serve hot.
To Grill : Pour over 800gm of fish with Maknyonya Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce. Wrap with aluminium foil, put into oven to bake or grill over heat until cooked. Remove the aluminium foil and serve hot with lime juice & onion.
Keep in cool, dry place
